Our Custom Pulley Solution
A key component of our level 2-4 JLR packages is our custom-made supercharger pulleys, engineered in-house to the highest standards. After thorough testing with competitors hardware, we decided it would be best to manufacture our own components!
Autotech Tuning Precision Engineered High Grade Stainless Steel Supercharger Upper Pulley
Our upper pulley is crafted from high-grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and reliability even under the most demanding conditions. Precision engineered to optimise supercharger performance, this pulley enhances boost levels, delivering a significant increase in horsepower and torque, if you’re aiming for 600hp with your 5.0SC engine, then just this pulley on it’s own should do the job.
Autotech Tuning Precision Engineered Aluminium Dynamic Balanced Lower Supercharger Pulley
Complementing our upper pulley, the lower supercharger pulley is made from lightweight yet robust aluminium. This dynamic balanced pulley is meticulously crafted to reduce rotational mass on the crank and improve overall engine efficiency. If you’re going for our Level 3 or above package in search of the ultimate performance figures, then you’ll be needing this as well!
